About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Compliance Contracts Manager to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing electrical compliance contracts from initial client engagement through to successful completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, you will oversee multiple contracts simultaneously, driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and support the continued success of the business.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage electrical compliance contracts from pre-contract stage to completion.
  • Lead and coordinate site teams, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to agreed customer deadlines.
  • Develop testing schedules, project plans, RAMS, and associated project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical regulations, health & safety requirements, and client standards.
  • Manage contract budgets, commercial performance, invoicing, and variations.
  • Prepare quotations and tenders for small to medium-sized electrical works.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships and delivering excellent service.
  • Monitor project progress, manage resources effectively, and proactively address risks and challenges.

About you

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the electrical compliance sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical testing, inspection, compliance, and associated regulations.
  • Experience managing multiple contracts, projects, and site teams simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including budget management, quotations, and contract performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Full UK Driving License.
