About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Supervisor to lead and deliver small to medium-sized electrical projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on position, requiring active involvement in installation, testing, and commissioning, alongside effective supervision of site activities.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering small to medium sized electrical projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborating closely with the Project Engineer to effectively coordinate labour, materials, and project timelines
- Interpreting and implementing method statements and risk assessments to ensure safe and compliant project delivery
- Supervising subcontractors, maintaining high standards of work and adherence to specifications
- Carrying out regular site safety audits
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, site engineers, and key stakeholders through clear communication
- Procuring materials by liaising with wholesalers, obtaining competitive quotations
