We're looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our busy Distribution Centre in Oldham.
You'll play an important role in supporting the movement of stock across our warehouse network, ensuring information, reporting, and communication flow efficiently between the warehouse, Head Office, and our 28 branches.
Working at the centre of a fast-paced distribution operation, you'll help keep products moving to the right place at the right time while supporting colleagues across multiple teams.
This is a varied role combining administration, coordination, and occasional hands‑on operational support.
You don't need previous warehouse administration experience to be successful in this role.
We're looking for someone who is computer literate, organised, eager to learn, and comfortable adapting to changing priorities throughout the day.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports to support distribution centre performance and service delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact between the warehouse, Head Office, and branch network.
- Maintain warehouse records, operational documentation, and system updates.
- Follow instructions and established processes and procedures while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
