This key role within International Supply Chain will lead day-to-day logistics operations, drive carrier performance, and deliver continuous improvement across a fast-paced global environment.
Job Duties
- Operations Management
- Manage daily logistics and freight operations across international markets
- Monitor shipment visibility, handle exceptions, and resolve escalations
- Oversee import/export activity, ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations
- Carrier & Supplier Management
- Manage relationships with carriers and logistics providers
- Lead performance reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure KPI delivery
- Drive cost, service, and performance improvements
- Financial Control
- Oversee freight spend, reporting, and cost analysis
- Audit invoices, resolve discrepancies, and manage freight claims
- Support cost recovery and optimisation initiatives
- Reporting & Performance
- Analyse carrier data to identify improvements
- Maintain reporting tools and dashboards (Excel / Power BI)
- Track KPIs and drive operational efficiency
- Projects & Improvement
- Lead logistics improvement and transformation projects
- Support ERP and carrier integration initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight operations
- Carrier management and performance experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capability
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Track record of driving operational improvements
