ADI is looking for a Supply Chain IT Lead to join our organization, leading our Microsoft D365 ERP Functional deployment in Europe, as part of our newly created D365 Center of Excellence team. The deployment will be run out of Oldham, Manchester, requiring the deployment team members to spend approximately three weeks on site.

Job Duties

  • Act as the functional IT lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM), owning end-to-end supply chain process design and solution integrity.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Procurement business stakeholders to translate business needs into robust D365 SCM solutions.
  • Lead functional design and configuration across SCM modules, including Product Information Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and Transportation Management.
  • Conduct and own fit–gap analysis, functional design documents, and solution blueprints.
  • Guide and review work delivered by system integrators and implementation partners, ensuring adherence to design standards and business objectives.
  • Design and Build Test Plans and oversee testing strategy (SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and solution sign-off from Supply‑chain perspective.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Leads, Integration teams, Data Migration, and Security roles.
  • Support cutover, go‑live, and hypercare, ensuring operational readiness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for continuous improvement, enhancements, and roadmap planning post go‑live.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience working on ERP deployment projects.
  • Proven experience as a Functional Lead or Senior Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
  • Hands‑on experience in one or more SCM areas such as inventory, warehouse, procurement, manufacturing or planning.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end ERP implementation lifecycle and end‑to‑end supply chain business processes.
  • Experience with D365 SCM configuration, master data, and process modeling.
  • Ability to effectively bridge business operations and IT delivery teams.
  • Experience working with external implementation partners and system integrators.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
