ADI Global Distribution now have the opportunity for an Inside Sales Associate to join the ADI team at our Belfast Store. This role will be working Monday-to-Friday hours 8:30am–5:30pm and offers excellent, long-term opportunities to build a career within the electronic security industry.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and team in achieving sales and profit targets through effective account management and customer engagement.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B reseller accounts, strategic vendors, and supply partners.
- Manage a portfolio of reseller accounts, actively tracking pipelines, closing deals, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
- Assist in executing store business plans and marketing strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary to ensure resolution.
- Deliver products to customers across the region, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Lead by example, promoting positive behaviours and ensuring compliance with audit and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate CRM data to provide visibility on business progress and customer relationships.
You Must Have
- Prior sales/customer service experience - preferably in a trades or wholesale environment but equally retail will be considered favourably.
- Ability to multi-task and sell over the phone as well as face to face.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Confident communicating with customers by phone, offering advice and identifying upselling opportunities.
