We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of hard facilities management services across our customer site. As the Facilities Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational delivery of facilities management services, acting as the key point of contact for Site Managers, Engineering Teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of all hard facilities management services across the site.
- Lead the management of site infrastructure, utilities, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and minor works projects to ensure operational reliability.
- Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for all facilities management activities.
- Manage site budgets, financial forecasting, performance reporting, and contract delivery to achieve operational and commercial objectives.
- Identify opportunities for service improvements, cost savings, and additional works, preparing quotations and overseeing project delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in contract and technical management for engineering and hard services contracts.
- Skilled in managing planned and reactive work order management systems across multiple sites.
- Proficient in contractor management, as well as commercial and compliance/site monitoring.
- Background in the food manufacturing or distribution industry.
- Experienced in identifying, costing, quoting, and executing additional minor works.
