We are looking for a proactive, organised, and customer-focused Stores Coordinator to join our team. This hands-on role combines inventory control, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and customer support in a fast-paced environment.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock checks
- Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch materials and supplies
- Process shipments and coordinate collections with carriers
- File export documentation via the ACE Secure Data Portal
- Operate forklifts to load and unload delivery vehicles
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and warehouse best practices
- Provide excellent service to internal and external customers
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Extensive experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred
- Forklift experience/certification desirable
This role involves manual handling duties, including lifting and moving stock weighing up to 23 kg, with appropriate equipment and training provided where applicable.
