The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of a key client site’s facilities team, supporting non-core engineering and operations. Your tasks include planning and coordinating daily maintenance repairs and scheduled services, as well as overseeing adi-appointed contractors for outsourced maintenance. This multi-skilled role requires a strong emphasis on electrical or mechanical expertise.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing hands-on maintenance and operation of utility equipment and control systems.
- Maintaining pipe systems and related equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, and waste management.
- Undertaking planned, reactive and corrective maintenance effectiveness and reviewing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
- Conducting root cause analysis to optimise plant and machinery efficiency and safety.
- Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental requirements.
- Using CMMS.
- Communicating effectively with both the Client and your team.
- Contributing to minor project work.

- Extensive experience in a facilities maintenance technician position or related field.
- Proven experience in mechanical or electrical engineering and familiarity with HVAC systems is highly advantageous and will be considered desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
