We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Facilities Technician (Electrically Biased) to join our growing team, working across multiple key client sites nationwide.
This is a remote, hands-on role where you will support non-core engineering and facilities operations, delivering a total support service in partnership with adi Management and Client Engineering Teams.
You will play a key part in ensuring plant reliability, asset availability, and full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Carrying out hands-on maintenance of utilities, services, plant equipment and infrastructure
- Supporting electrical systems (bias essential) alongside multi-skilled tasks
- Maintaining pipe systems, including steam, heating, cooling, effluent and waste systems
- Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
- Using the client's CMMS system to manage maintenance work requests
- Performing root cause analysis to reduce breakdowns and improve asset reliability
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors on-site
- Supporting minor project works
Requirements:
- Electrically biased with multi-skilled maintenance experience
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical Installation
- Strong working knowledge of facilities plant and utility systems
- Experience working within industrial or manufacturing environments
- Ability to interpret and follow risk assessments and method statements
- A full UK driving license with flexibility to travel
