About the Role
adi Climate Systems is a specialist HVAC and mechanical engineering contractor, part of the wider adi Group. We work with some of the UK's most demanding industrial, aerospace, and manufacturing clients, delivering complex heating, cooling, ventilation, and energy system projects across the full project lifecycle.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to hire an Internal Project Manager. Acting as the central link between clients, office teams, and site-based engineers, you will play a key role in project coordination, governance, documentation, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing project documentation, trackers, RFIs, RAMS, O&M manuals, and close-out records
- Leading client update meetings and acting as a key point of contact
- Supporting Project Managers and Site Managers across multiple projects
- Assisting with NEC/JCT contract administration, Early Warning Notices, and Compensation Events
- Using project management software, AI tools, and digital workflows to manage documentation efficiently
- Supporting commercial activities including variations, tenders, and pre-qualification submissions
About you
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Experience within construction, engineering, HVAC, or building services project management
- Strong contract administration and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Confidence working in client-facing environments
- Knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts and formal PM qualifications (desirable)
- Experience within industrial, manufacturing, food & beverage, or aerospace environments (desirable)
