We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Supervisor to lead and deliver small to medium-sized electrical projects. This is a hands-on position, requiring active involvement in installation, testing, and commissioning, alongside effective supervision of site activities.

  • Delivering small to medium-sized electrical projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborating closely with the Project Engineer to effectively coordinate labour, materials, and project timelines.
  • Interpreting and implementing method statements and risk assessments to ensure safe and compliant project delivery.
  • Supervising subcontractors, maintaining high standards of work and adherence to specifications.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, site engineers, and key stakeholders through clear communication.
  • Overseeing testing, commissioning, and project completion to ensure full compliance with relevant regulations.

Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within industrial and/or commercial environments:

  • City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 qualification (Inspection & Testing), with strong knowledge of condition reporting.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
  • Level 3 Inspection, Testing & Certification of Electrical Installations.
  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.
