Property Maintenance Operative, Liverpool
Introduction
The Property Maintenance Operative is part of the frontline of our team dealing with the maintenance and inspections of our properties. You will assist the Sales/Business Development Manager in the qualification of new buildings and units alongside providing reactive and planned maintenance works across a portfolio of domestic residential and commercial properties.

The Property Maintenance Operative is part of the frontline of our team dealing with the maintenance and inspections of our properties. You will assist the Sales/Business Development Manager in the qualification of new buildings and units alongside providing reactive and planned maintenance works across a portfolio of domestic residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-check in and check out inspections
- Complete all assigned general repairs and minor installations at properties including lock changes, painting, door hanging and any other adhoc general maintenance duties.
- Liaise with external contractors to complete electrical checks and other specialist contractor visits, attending properties as and when required
- Ensure buildings are ready for occupation - Test all services are operating in properties, all keys are present and correctly numbered, ensuring units are labelled correctly, take meter readings and flag debt on key meters or lack of meters etc.
- Take photographs of properties as required for marketing and advertising, schedule of condition
The ideal candidate
- Clean UK drivers licence
- Knowledge/skill of other basic maintenance work i.e. plumbing, painting and carpentry, electrics would be advantageous.
- Strong command of spoken and written English language
