Job title: Senior Account Manager – ERP

Location: London – Hybrid

Salary: £65,000-£75,000 x2 OTE (uncapped)+ Benefits

This role is very well supported and with a very impressive client list. As a Senior AM you will manage a set of key accounts. They are looking for highly consultative, strategic thinkers who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about driving growth, retention and client success within an account base.

With no signs of slowing down they are also on course for another record year of growth in 2025! There is a huge demand in their market at the moment for their portfolio of ERP services/solutions.

You will Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working with clients to understand their evolving business requirements and propose tailored solutions.

The role:

  • Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively address client concerns and challenges to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of ERP products and features.
  • Educate clients on new functionalities and upgrades that align with their business.
  • Work closely with sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Communicate client feedback and requirements to internal stakeholders for continuous solution improvement.

Desired experience:

  • Proven experience in Account Management, in the ERP space.
  • Proven experience of selling ERP systems, e.g. Workday, Oracle, Sage, Epicor, IFS, is a significant advantage.
  • Strong relationship building skills at all levels of an organisation, including to C-level.
  • Ability to identify and close sales opportunities, with a demonstrable track record of doing so.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Ability to understand and align solutions with clients' business objectives.
  • Ability to think strategically about client relationships and identify long-term growth opportunities.
