They're looking for an Inside Sales Manager/Sales Development Manager with a background in managing and growing a SDR/BDR team (including at least 2 years managing a BDR/SDR team). You'll be a player-coach who leads a team of four, sets the standard for outbound excellence, and helps shape the playbook at one of the most exciting AI-native HR platforms in the market.
You're not inheriting a finished playbook. You're helping shape the AI-native outbound function at a moment when the product is genuinely differentiated.
They have invested heavily over the last 12 months into operations, delivery and sales. They also have some fantastic leadership opportunities and a very attractive equity package.
Experience you will have:
- 5+ years of outbound sales experience (including at least 2 years managing a BDR/SDR team)
- Experience working for a SaaS/Tech scale-up or start-up in the last 5 years
- Strong presence and ability to closely partner with multiple layers of the organization
- Strong analytical background who is driven by business/customer outcomes with a growth mindset
- Strong communication (both written and oral), negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated focus on execution towards desired outcomes with a track record of success under pressure
