Would you be interested in working for an award winning, fast growth Data/AI SaaS business? With an impressive expanding client list, the business has scaled up by 30% YOY for the last 3 years running!

Our client is at the forefront of Data/AI technology, partnering closely with Enterprise businesses to deliver market leading Data/AI Solutions. With no signs of slowing down they are also on course for another record year of growth in 2026!

This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys a varied role: You own everything: positioning, brand, demand generation, SEO, paid, events, customer marketing, and enablement.

You will be responsible for maintaining and improving their online presence in the UK&I, executing multi-channel digital campaigns, and ensuring marketing collateral aligns with their brand identity.

A bit about the role:

  • Customer Marketing: Turn customers into advocates. Ship case studies that make the next sale easier. Build programmes that drive retention, expansion, and referrals. Work closely with the commercial team to make sure marketing and sales are pulling in the same direction.
  • Campaign Strategy & Agency Management: Work with the agency and key internal stakeholders to develop clear, insightful campaigns across pillars, outlining objectives, target audiences, messaging, and KPIs for each business pillar. Oversee the execution of paid media (LinkedIn, Google Ads), SEO, and other digital initiatives across pillars. Manage and optimise the marketing budget for paid activities, tracking spend and ensuring a strong ROI. Own organic social media posting and calendar for Data/AI SaaS solutions.
  • Content Strategy & Creation: Lead on the creation of high-impact marketing collateral that earns attention. Craft compelling narratives that position the business as a leading Data/AI business and thought leader.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyse campaign performance data from the agency and internal platforms (like HubSpot) to derive actionable insights. Prepare and present regular performance reports to the Marketing Director and key business stakeholders, demonstrating marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue.

A little about you:

  • Proven Experience: 4+ years in a B2B digital marketing role, preferably within the technology, SaaS, or Data/AI sector. You've run demand generation programmes that actually moved pipeline, not just MQLs. You've owned positioning work: the homepage rewrite, the new narrative, the deck. You know how content compounds. You've built programmes around it, not just one-off. You've managed events and podcasts and understand how community builds a brand. You can read a funnel and know which lever to pull.
  • Strategic Campaign Knowledge: Deep understanding of paid media strategy (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and SEO, with the ability to confidently brief and evaluate agency work.
  • Analytical & Commercial Mindset: You are data-driven, comfortable with budget management, and can translate metrics into clear performance reports that prove ROI.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write effective agency briefs and collaborate with technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Autonomy & Ownership: A self-starter who can take initiative, manage multiple projects across different pillars, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
