Senior Account Manager – ERP Location: London – Hybrid This role is very well supported and with a very impressive client list. As a Senior AM you will manage a set of key accounts. They are looking for highly consultative, strategic thinkers who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about driving growth, retention and client success within an account base. There is a huge demand in their market at the moment for their portfolio of ERP services/solutions. Work closely with sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Proven experience in Account Management, in the ERP space. Workday, Oracle, Sage, Epicor, IFS, is a significant advantage. Strong relationship building skills at all levels of an organisation, including to C-level. Ability to identify and close sales opportunities, with a demonstrable track record of doing so. Ability to think strategically about client relationships and identify long-term growth opportunities.
