Lead the roadmap and vision for our AI-powered HR product suite.
What will you do
- Define product requirements/user stories
- Lead sprint planning and execution
- Conduct market, competitor, and user research
- Partner with engineering/design/marketing
- Track KPIs, adjust strategy, own product outcomes
Tech stack
- Jira, Asana, or similar
- Figma, Whimsical (for rapid prototyping)
- SQL/data querying (preferred)
- A/B testing tools
