We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and the capability to work effectively in a team environment as well as lone working.
Duties
- Complete a variety of maintenance tasks on domestic properties including painting, decorating, basic plumbing, general building maintenance and gardening / landscaping work. (Experience in all sectors not required, training can be given.)
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial; however, the ability to show time spent working in any trade or large DIY projects would be beneficial.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous, ensuring a focus on client satisfaction.
