Join our dynamic digital marketing team and bring fresh ideas to our social media campaigns. In this role, you will be involved in every aspect of the processâfrom pitching for new projects and planning strategies to executing campaigns and delivering insightful reports. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with a diverse range of clients and supporting our team in driving performance outcomes such as brand awareness, lead generation, and sales across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will work closely with our strategic marketers and creatives to deliver engaging and resultsâfocused social media strategies tailored to each client. You will also support the team by writing compelling copy for social media posts, email campaigns, and website content, with a keen eye for detail to ensure all content is polished and onâbrand.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of client objectives, target audiences, competitors, and desired marketing outcomes.
- Creating and delivering engaging, audienceâdriven social media content â including Instagram reels and TikTok posts â and strategies that align with client goals and thematic priorities.
- Managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring they drive performance and meet objectives.
- Writing highâquality, accurate, and persuasive copy for social media, email campaigns, and website content.
- Producing detailed social media reports, incorporating client and competitor research, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Conducting ongoing research into emerging channels, trends, and techniques to ensure the agency remains an industry leader in social media innovation.
- Liaising regularly with account managers and clients to maintain alignment on campaign progress and objectives.
- Implementing campaigns, including content scheduling and continuous reviews to optimise publishing times and maximise audience engagement.
- Overseeing budget management and campaign implementation, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.

- Comprehensive knowledge of Meta platforms, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage and analyse social media performance metrics and campaign data.
- Familiarity with social media video editing; editing reels and TikTok content.
- Ability to interpret data and drive improvements, including creation of detailed reports using tools such as PowerPoint.
