Role Purpose: The Support Worker plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals accessing services. Working directly with people who may have complex needs, the role supports wellbeing, safety, recovery, and independence through compassionate, consistent, and professional practice.

Working under the guidance of a Service Lead, the Support Worker delivers day-to-day support in line with individual support plans, organisational policies, and agreed service models. The role contributes to a safe, inclusive, and respectful service environment and works collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
