Role Purpose:Caniad is a North Wales substance use and mental health service user and carer involvement project, hosted by Adferiad. Caniad works with people with lived experience of accessing mental health and/or substance misuse services. The service is overseen by the health board, and the Area Planning Board to help plan, develop and improve mental health and substance misuse services in Wales
The Team Leader will support the Service Manager by ensuring all Caniad Coordinators’ duties are complete and accurate, as well as the delivery of the Caniad service in the Wrexham and Flintshire area. The Team Leader will support and work as part of a team to facilitate involvement opportunities for a range of people who have recent experience of mental health services.
