Adferiad Recovery is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to individuals accessing our services in Wales. You will work under the guidance of a Service Lead to promote wellbeing, safety, recovery and independence through compassionate, professional practice.
In this role you will provide day-to-day support in line with individual support plans and organisational policies, contributing to a safe, inclusive service environment and collaborating with others.
