The Support Worker (Peripatetic) provides frontline support to individuals in housing or accommodation services, promoting tenancy sustainment, safety, and independent living. The role supports individuals to manage accommodation-related challenges. Working within housing pathways, the Support Worker contributes to stable housing outcomes and safe living environments. This role will be working across various housing services across North Wales.
