Cyfle Cymru is a Peer Mentoring project that helps individuals develop confidence to make positive life changes. The project provides support to access training, education, volunteering, and employment. Our peer mentors draw on their own lived experience to support people affected by substance misuse and/or mental health conditions. Cyfle Cymru supports people aged 16 to 24 (not in education, employment, or training) and those 25+ who are economically inactive or long-term unemployed.
We encourage all applicants to apply, even if they are unsure about meeting all the skills and requirements. We value a diverse community and want to hear from as many backgrounds as possible.
