Purpose of the Role: The Support Worker plays a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred support to individuals using services. Working directly with people who may have complex needs, the role supports well-being, safety, recovery, and independence through compassionate, consistent, and professional practice. Under the guidance of the Service Leader, the Support Worker provides day-to-day support in accordance with individual support plans, organisational policies, and agreed service models. The role contributes to a safe, inclusive, and respectful service environment and works collaboratively with colleagues and agencies.
