Overview
Adferiad in Pembrokeshire provides a range of projects; the Supported Accommodation, and Floating Support projects supports individuals serious mental illness and complex needs and the third project provides housing related support for individuals experiencing substance use issues across the County of Pembrokeshire. The Bank Staff member will have the opportunity to work across these various services.
The support in all three projects will focus on an individuals strengths enabling them to feel safe and secure with the long-term aim of them living independently in their own homes.
Staff are to work with service users in areas such as employment, training and education, debt management and daily living skills to promote wellbeing and a healthy lifestyle.
