Service Manager - HMP in Cardiff

Role Purpose

L eading and supporting the Substance Misuse Team at HMP Prescoed and Usk to deliver quality substance misuse services in accordance with service specifications and contract requirements. Provide support and guidance to caseworkers involved in assessment and care planning to identify and deliver the appropriate support and interventions to reduce risk of harm and support offender rehabilitation. Monitor caseworkers’ performance to ensure that accurate and comprehensive records/data collection is maintained.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £28,742.18 per annum

Based at: Cardiff
