Location: Rhydaman/Llanelli
Purpose of the Role: You will work with the Senior Service Manager and the staff team to support individuals experiencing severe mental illness and complex needs. The support is provided with the aim of ensuring that the entire Recovery staff team encourages and enables clients to achieve a higher level of independence and then facilitates their move on to live more independently in the community.
