Role Purpose: The Bank Support Worker role provides an opportunity to work alongside our dedicated Adferiad team in delivering floating support to individuals experiencing serious mental illness and complex needs. Support is offered through Social Activity Groups, Outreach Activity Groups, and 1:1 Floating Support, including Housing‑Related Support and Befriending, delivered both in the community and in people’s homes across Ceredigion. The service operates a shift pattern, and some shifts will involve lone working.
