Adferiad Recovery is seeking a Reachable Moments Worker (RMW) to support young people aged 17 and under in police custody throughout Wales. The RMW will provide immediate emotional support, guiding young people towards healthier life choices and connecting them to long-term services.

The role requires flexible availability to cover various custody suites of Dyfed Powys Police 24/7. Candidates should possess potential and a commitment to youth support along with related experience or training.
