Role Purpose: To provide targeted and specialist therapeutic support to young people (under 25) with complex needs, including substance misuse and emotional wellbeing issues. The role focuses on assessment, intervention and partnership working to reduce risk and improve outcomes.
Flintshire Sorted provides a comprehensive service to young people across Flintshire, including universal, targeted and specialist services. This post will provide targeted and specialist services to support young people at increased risk of using substances and for those identified with a substance misuse problem.
