Pwrpas y Rôl: Mae Adferiad, mewn partneriaeth â Heddlu Dyfed-Powys, yn lansio prosiect peilot arloesol sydd wedi’i anelu at gefnogi pobl ifanc 17 mlwydd oed ac iau yn ystod cyfnod critigol: tra eu bod mewn ymchwiliad heddlu. Bydd Gweithiwr Mynd i’r Afael â’r Eiliadau (RMW) yn ymateb cyntaf i gais gan staff cymorth heddlu, gan fynychu suiteiau cadw i ddarparu cymorth ar unwaith, chwilfrydig a chanolog. Bydd y RMW yn ymrwymo i bobl ifanc yn ystod eu hamser aros, gan gynnig cefnogaeth emosiynol a chyngor, a’u cysylltu â gwasanaethau hirdymor.
Nod y prosiect yw defnyddio’r foment o agoredrwydd a myfyrio hwn fel cyfle i ailgyfeirio pobl ifanc oddi wrth ymddygiad troseddol yn y dyfodol ac tuag at ddewis bywyd iachach. Mae'r gwasanaeth yn gwasanaethu pob suiteiau cadw mewn Heddlu Dyfed Powys 24 awr y dydd, 7 diwrnod yr wythnos, 365 diwrnod y flwyddyn.
Pan fydd angen RMW, bydd y heddlu’n cysylltu â'n tîm ar alwad, a fydd wedyn yn trosglwyddo'r swydd i un o'r RMWs. Mae'r rôl yn hyblyg, ac mae argaeledd yn cael ei bennu gan yr RMW sy'n penderfynu bob mis pa gyfnodau o amser y maent am eu gorchuddio, a pha orsaf heddlu y maent yn barod i fynd iddynt.
Os credwch fod gennych y sgiliau hyn, ond nad ydych 100% yn siwr, gwnewch gais o hyd a gadewch i ni benderfynu. Gwyddom fod rhai grwpiau yn diystyru eu hunain o gyfleoedd diddorol gan gymryd y bydd eraill yn fwy llwyddiannus, ond peidiwch â bod y person hwnnw. Rydym am glywed gan y trawstoriad ehangaf o’r gymuned.
