Based at: Llansamlet, Swansea
Role Purpose: You will play a key role in supporting Adferiad’s income generation activity, helping to secure and sustain funding that enables our charity to make a meaningful impact. Working as part of the Business Development team, you will contribute to the delivery of our income generation strategy through the co-ordination, development and submission of high-quality funding bids.
The post-holder will support the identification of new opportunities, the retention of existing contracts and the mobilisation of newly secured services. The role involves working closely with operational colleagues to understand service delivery, outcomes and future needs, using this insight to inform grant and tender applications.
You will also work with colleagues in Research and Evaluation, Data, Communications and Public Affairs to gather information and develop content that reflects the impact of our services.
