Role Purpose: Reporting to the Housekeeper, the Domestic Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the smooth daily operation of the residential unit by maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our clients, staff, and visitors. This role assists the Housekeeper and Clinical teams with routine cleaning, laundry, meal support and domestic tasks, and requires reliability, discretion and sensitivity when working with vulnerable adults. The Domestic Assistant will ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with infection control, health and safety and organisational procedures. By working collaboratively with colleagues, the Domestic Assistant will contribute to the smooth running of the service and the overall wellbeing of the clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with routine cleaning, laundry, meal support and domestic tasks in line with infection control, health and safety and organisational procedures.
- Support the Housekeeper and Clinical teams in daily duties to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for clients, staff and visitors.
