Role Purpose: This role is all about supporting young people who are facing challenges with their mental health and substance use. You’ll provide a safe, confidential space for them to talk, explore their feelings, and work through difficult experiences. Using a non-judgmental and trauma-informed approach, you’ll help young people build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and feel more in control of their lives.
