Role Purpose:
This Team Leader role is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our dedicated Adferiad team providing Personal Domiciliary Care and Support for people experiencing mental ill-health, who may have a range of social, physical and substance use needs, and learning difficulties. This supported living service follows a Core and Cluster model where people have individual tenancies in a block or cluster of flats, with each person receiving an individual care and support package. The service operates 24 hours/7 days per week, with a shift pattern, including sleep-in night shifts (and possibly waking nights). Shifts will include staff lone working.
