The Systems Integration Coordinator (SIC) will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of a new ERP system Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and the transition away from the current in-house on premises system, which is scheduled to be decommissioned in 2026. This is a fixed-term role (approximately 12 months) focused on user acceptance testing (UAT), process validation, and supporting system development to ensure BC meets all operational and reporting requirements of the business.

The organisation is undergoing a full ERP transition, requiring extensive validation across all business processes. Existing workflows in the existing in-house system must be accurately replicated or improved in BC prior to system switch-off. Dedicated resource is required to:

  • Conduct structured UAT across departments
  • Identify system gaps and risks
  • Support iterative development with IT

This role reduces implementation risk, ensures operational continuity, and improves adoption of BC.

Key Responsibilities

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Shadow employees across multiple departments using the existing in-house system
  • Simultaneously replicate processes in BC to validate functionality
  • Test end-to-end workflows across all business functions
