    • Simultaneously replicate processes in BC to validate functionality
    • Test end-to-end workflows across all business functions
  • Gap Analysis & Issue Identification

  • System Development Support
    • Work closely with the IT Systems Administrator/Developer to resolve identified issues
    • Assist in refining system functionality and workflows
    • Participate in iterative testing cycles to confirm fixes
    • Liaise with third-party suppliers, particularly the supplier, to support system development, issue resolution, and integration activities
  • Output & Reporting Validation
    • Test reports and outputs generated from BC
    • Ensure outputs match business requirements currently met by the in-house system
    • Highlight inconsistencies and support resolution
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Engage with stakeholders across all departments
    • Build understanding of business processes and requirements
    • Act as a bridge between operational teams and IT
    • Support communication and coordination with external partners where required
  • Training & Documentation
    • Assist with end user training to support adoption of BC across the business
