Are you a creative, ambitious design student looking to bring your ideas to life in the real world? We're offering an exciting Year-in-Industry placement for a Marketing Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. You'll have the chance to make a real impact β developing eye-catching designs and marketing materials that showcase our brand, products, and services to the UK construction sector. This is a hands-on role where your creativity will help shape how we communicate with our customers.
You'll get to:
- Create engaging visuals for campaigns, social media, and digital marketing.
- Design brochures, flyers, POS materials, product packaging, and signage.
- Produce illustrations, infographics, and technical product guides.
- Support brand development and ensure consistency across all materials.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and R&D teams on live campaigns.
- Contribute ideas to digital marketing projects and content creation.
- Manage multiple creative projects with guidance from experienced designers.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A good eye for typography, colour, and layout.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- A team player who's enthusiastic, organised, and open to learning.
- A passion for design and creative problem-solving.
- Bonus points if you have experience or interest in motion graphics (After Effects / Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with Blender, photography, or video production.
