The Candidate will be working as part of a team, responsible for the safe and correct loading & offloading of finished goods and carrying out housekeeping duties while keeping working towards high standard.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to Yard shift leader to establish duties for the shift ahead.
- Filling out loading/picking lists daily.
- Operating Forklift truck and carrying out necessary checks before use.
- Ensuring to maintain a high level of housekeeping at all times.
- Work to build and maintain strong working relationships with your internal customers.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out to the Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) provided by the management.
- At all times work in a manner that ensures the safety of you and all others in the work area.
- At all times keep in mind the Company’s Guiding Principles and Values.
- Able to accurately complete paperwork.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and multi-task.
- Proven ability to work well within a team.
- Organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working in manufacturing desirable but not essential.
- Willing and able to learn new skills.
- FLT Licence.
