Responsibilities
- Design, build and support automation and AI-enabled solutions
- Develop and maintain RPA and traditional automation workflows
- Build APIs and integrations to connect systems and enable automation
- Work with modern data platforms to source, transform and serve high-quality data
- Embed data governance, quality and lineage into automated solutions
- Support responsible, ethical and transparent use of AI
- Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business problems into working solutions
Qualifications
- Experience or hands-on exposure to RPA or automation technologies
- Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data pipelines
- Experience integrating systems via APIs
- Familiarity with Microsoft automation and data platforms (e.g., Fabric, Data Factory, Copilot)
- Interest in AI, machine learning or agent-based approaches (commercial or experimental)
- Comfortable operating in a manufacturing or operational environment
