We are seeking a commercially driven and detail-oriented Commercial Manager to take full ownership of the commercial and contractual lifecycle—from initial enquiry through to final account. You will undertake all commercial activities including estimating, contract negotiation, cost management, procurement, and cash flow—ensuring projects are delivered profitably, compliantly, and with minimal risk.
- Undertaking all commercial and contractual aspects across multiple projects
- Cost control, risk management, and procurement including sub-contractors
- Handling variations, valuations, and final accounts
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
5+ years’ experience in QS / Commercial roles with a UK main contractor
A confident negotiator with sharp commercial awareness
BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (MRICS or working toward is ideal)
Strong expertise in Commercial Management and Contract Management
Proven ability in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to drive data-informed strategies
Experience managing full lifecycle of construction projects and familiar with fire safety
Experience with compliance and regulatory standards in safety and construction industries
