What you’ll do
- Develop and customize OpenCart applications to fulfill client requirements.
- Create and implement custom modules and modifications while maintaining core code integrity.
- Integrate OpenCart with RESTful and other web APIs, including both third-party and internal services.
- Utilize your understanding of OpenCart's MVC(L) structure, event and hook system, and extension development to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in OpenCart development, preferably with version 4.
- Strong proficiency in PHP and object-oriented programming.
- Proven track record of creating custom OpenCart modules and modifications without altering core code.
- Familiarity with integrating various web APIs, including RESTful services.
- Solid understanding of OpenCart's architecture and development practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
