As a Digital Learning Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining our digital learning platforms and resources. You will manage our Learning Management System (LMS) and support the creation, delivery, and maintenance of digital learning content. Your expertise in digital tools, attention to detail, and proactive approach will contribute to a seamless and engaging learning journey for our participants.
Key Responsibilities
- LMS Administration
- Day-to-day management of the LMS, including course setup, portal configuration, content uploads, and troubleshooting user issues.
- Understand and manage any LMS system issues and ensure resolution or escalation as appropriate.
- Organize and maintain a library of course materials, resources, and question pools.
- Digital Learning Support
- Assist with the development and maintenance of digital course materials, including slides, interactive PDFs, and videos.
- Design and format PowerPoint slides, ensuring they are visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular quality checks on digital content, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and compliance with accessibility standards.
- Test new technologies including eLearning, video, and graphic design tools.
- Provide support to colleagues with formatting including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Synthesia.
- Post-Course Learning Support
- Send weekly and monthly post-course communications to participants.
- Collaborate with trainers to review and update content.
- Assist with sending marketing emails from HubSpot.
- Virtual Producer Support (E.g. WebEx and Zoom)
- Provide technical assistance to both the trainer and participants with audio and connection settings and general IT setup.
- Facilitate and support virtual interaction tools such as breakout rooms, whiteboards, role play, polls, chat conversations, and Q&A.
- Communicate with participants before, during, and after virtual sessions.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with technology, with a high confidence/proficiency in learning new IT.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly accurate delivery, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively plan, manage, and organize workload.
Desirable
- Experience in a professional education or business school environment.
- Familiarity with learning technologies and digital marketing tools.
- Experience using AI tools to support content creation and task delivery.
- Knowledge of digital accessibility standards and compliance.
- Skills in video editing, graphic design, or multimedia production.
Location and Working Hours
This is a remote role based in the UK. The role may occasionally require working across different time zones to accommodate global clients, which may involve early mornings or late evenings.
