Adesso UK is expanding its Financial Services practice and looking for a Senior Sales Director to lead high-impact technology engagements across the UK banking sector. What You’ll Do

  • Act as a hunter-profile Senior Sales Director, responsible for generating new business opportunities and achieving defined sales and order entry KPIs within the UK financial services market.
  • Develop new pipeline through established network, outreach, prospecting, and industry events.
  • Leverage strong relationships with senior stakeholders across banks, fintechs, and other financial institutions.
  • Convert opportunities to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Line Banking team to align market strategies, share insights, and jointly pursue business opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years as a sales professional in B2B sales in medium and large enterprise custom solution software or technology consultancy sales.
  • Strong relationships with senior stakeholders across banks, fintechs, and other financial institutions.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Experience with a process-oriented sales methodology.
  • Have a consistent track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions.
  • Strong communicator able of working across teams and departments.
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, and an ability to interface to senior levels of an organisation and develop productive C-level relationships.
  • Engineering background would be a plus.
