About Us

We're on a mission to help our clients deliver results with clarity, fairness, and accountability. By combining deep technical and functional IT and digital expertise, we drive innovation, modernise systems, and strengthen the teams behind them. If you want your architecture decisions to have real impact on patient care and clinical outcomes, not just live in a slide deck, we'd love to talk.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Domain Solution Architect with deep expertise in UK healthcare, spanning NHS and private providers, to design and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions. You'll work at the intersection of clinical operations, data, and technology strategy, translating strategic objectives into architectural designs that enable innovation, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across a complex healthcare landscape. This is a hands-on, stakeholder-facing role for someone who understands both the clinical context and the technical architecture behind it, and can move fluently between the two.

What You'll Do

  • Design end-to-end cloud-based and on-premise solutions, leveraging hyperscaler services and industry best practice.
  • Develop architecture roadmaps aligned with business priorities, technology standards, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Contribute to the design of healthcare data and analytics architectures, ensuring solutions are clinically meaningful, operationally relevant, and technically scalable.
  • Define data domains, master data entities, and semantic models for core subject areas including patient, episode, clinical activity, cost, and workforce.
  • Advise on integration patterns between clinical source systems (EPR, EHR, scheduling, finance, diagnostic systems) and central analytics or data platform environments.
  • Guide legacy to modern migrations, ensuring business continuity, data lineage, and clinical relevance are preserved throughout.
  • Support the governance of analytical products, including access control design, data refresh cadences, and usage monitoring to track adoption.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation across applications, data, and infrastructure domains.
  • Provide technical leadership, governance, and architectural guidance across the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance clinical and business outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive experience as a Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments, ideally within NHS or private healthcare settings.
  • Strong expertise in cloud architecture, including security, networking, integration, and modern application design.
  • Proven track record designing scalable, resilient solutions using cloud native technologies.
  • Familiarity with EPR and EHR platforms and how they integrate with wider clinical and operational systems, for example Nervecentre, Epic, or Meditech.
  • Strong understanding of the UK healthcare sector, including clinical pathways, patient data governance, interoperability standards, and both NHS and private provider operating models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, including with clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications (highly desirable).
  • Strong written and spoken English.

Why Join Us

We combine deep domain knowledge with technical excellence, giving our architects the context to design solutions that actually fit clinical and operational reality, not just the technology. You'll work alongside experienced consultants who value clarity, fairness, and accountability as much as you do.
