Category Planning & Development Support Assist the Chief Category Manager in planning product assortments, pricing strategies, and seasonal promotions for the frozen and fresh meat, poultry, and fish categories.

Help implement category plans, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Market Analysis & Customer Insights Analyse sales data, customer preferences, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential areas for improvement.
Conduct competitor analysis to understand pricing, product positioning, and promotional activities in the market.
Collect and interpret customer feedback to better understand purchasing behaviour and improve product assortment.
Supplier & Vendor Coordination Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, working closely with them to ensure product availability, quality, and competitive pricing.
Assist in negotiating terms, pricing, and promotional support with suppliers to maximise profitability.
Monitor vendor performance and address any supply issues, collaborating with suppliers to meet category goals.
Inventory & Stock Management Monitor stock levels for frozen and fresh meat, poultry, and fish categories, supporting inventory accuracy and minimising waste.
Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage inventory flow, plan seasonal adjustments, and maintain optimal stock levels.
Conduct regular stock checks, ensuring compliance with product quality and freshness standards.
Merchandising & Promotions Assist in planning and executing in-store displays and promotional activities to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
Work with the merchandising team to create appealing displays that highlight key products, seasonal items, and promotional deals.
