b Overview /b p In this entry-level consulting role you support the delivery and adoption of Aderant software within live client engagements. You will work under a senior mentor to develop delivery discipline, product fluency, and confidence in front of clients. You’ll contribute to AI-enabled ways of working and build reusable assets for the practice. The job blends hands-on configuration, client interaction, and knowledge sharing to drive client value and practice growth. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Deliver defined configuration, data and documentation tasks on live client implementations under the engagement architect /li li Build and execute test scripts, support user acceptance testing, and manage defects through resolution /li li Produce and maintain engagement documentation such as configuration workbooks, process definitions, training material, and handover packs /li li Work to estimates and plan dates, flag slippage early /li li Record time accurately and translate it into client value and practice revenue /li li Support requirement and design workshops and progress to independent facilitation /li li Deliver client training on defined product areas /li li Communicate progress, blockers and risks clearly to the engagement lead /li li Represent Aderant professionally on client site and remotely /li li Apply AI tooling as a normal part of the working day and validate AI outputs before delivering to clients /li li Identify tasks suitable for templating or automation and contribute improvements to the practice /li li Contribute reusable assets like prompts, templates, and checklists to the knowledge base /li li Take part in the Professional Services AI Show and Tell with at least one practical use case in year one /li li Complete onboarding and product certifications for your engagement portfolio /li li Shadow senior consultants to build breadth /li li Own development actions with your mentor /li li Contribute to internal initiatives such as methodology improvement and knowledge management /li li First-year milestones include onboarding, independent task delivery, client workshops, and increasing chargeability /li li Deliver a discrete workstream with architect oversight and client training /li li Be a dependable delivery resource on EMEA engagements with a defined chargeability target /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Evidence of delivering to deadlines under pressure in a professional or academic setting /li li Clear written and verbal communication with confidence to speak to clients /li li Strong analytical and data handling skills, including practical Excel experience /li li Curiosity about AI tooling with practical examples of using it to improve work /li li Learning orientation: proactive, feedback-seeking, and action-oriented /li li Organised and self-managing with ability to handle multiple commitments /li li Right to work in the United Kingdom and willingness to travel across EMEA /li li Degree level education or equivalent practical experience.
