Notre agence Adéquat de Blois recrute des nouveaux talents : Vendeur-comptoir H/F pour son client expert dans le commerce de gros d'équipements automobiles situé à Fossé (41).

Missions :

  • Accueillir le client au comptoir : écoute, questionne, informe, conseille, oriente.
  • Traiter les retours clients.
  • Rechercher tout produit, toute solution dans la base de données informatique/catalogues.
  • Matérialiser la relation commerciale par une ou plusieurs ventes et/ou vente de substitution et/ou vente complémentaire.
  • Préparer les commandes, passer si besoin les commandes de dépannage vendues auprès de son pivot, à défaut des fournisseurs référencés et informer de tout élément impactant la commande.
  • Faire la promotion des produits et des actions commerciales.
  • Faire remonter à son Responsable les informations concernant les litiges de tous ordres et appliquer la politique commerciale dont le pricing, défini.

Profil :

  • Bac à Bac+2, type Bac Pro Vente ou BTS MUC / ou Bac Pro mécanicien.
  • Maîtriser les techniques de ventes.
  • Connaissance basique gestion des stocks, Pack Office, des pièces agricoles et du monde agricole.
  • Capacité à porter des charges (certaines pièces sont > 30kg).
  • Sens du service client et de l'écoute client.

Horaires : Journée : 08h00-12h00 et 14h00-18h00.

Rémunération : Selon profil et expérience.
